Early C19 villa. Two storeys and basement, 3 windows, painted brick. Low pitched
hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. Gauged brick window arches, round on ground
floor in round-arched recesses with impost string. Sash windows with glazing
bars above, modern casements below. Stuccoed basement. Ten steps, with cast
iron rail, to 6-panel double door with cornice head and plain fanlight.
