Town house in row, now 2 houses. C17. Painted rubble and
asbestos slatehanging to Tolva, steep asbestos slate roof with
hip on right, C20 dormer window on the left; rendered rear
stack to Tolva (right), slatehung rear gable to Tudor Cottage.
Original L-shaped plan extended later in angle to front of
Tolva. 2 storeys plus attic; overall 3-window range. Tudor
Cottage is 1-window range with early C19 16-pane hornless
sashes; doorway on right with C20 door. Tolva has C20 windows.
INTERIOR: Tolva has C17 1st-floor ceiling with chamfered oak
joists, remains of chamfered oak beam and joist ceiling to
basement; lateral fireplace structures, the ground floor (used
as basement) with a chamfered oak lintel; simple winder
staircase and feet of probably original roof structure
visible. Tudor Cottage has C17 or C18 ceiling joists.
