Probable fisherman's stores, now a wine bar. C17, remodelled
in the C18. Rubble walls with oak lintels; painted rubble at
the front; rag slate roof with some original crested clay
ridge tiles, polygonal hipped front end. Deep plan. 2 storeys;
irregular front end with two 1st floor windows on the right
with the narrower window on the right over wide splayed
corner. C20 windows and doors. Central wide doorway with pair
of doors and 1st floor doorway on the left approached by C20
flight of external wooden steps. Right-hand return has 3
ground floor windows. INTERIOR: C17 or C18 oak cross beams and
joists to ground floor, otherwise not inspected.
