Large town house, now commercial premises with 2 shops. C18.
Stucco on studwork front, dry Delabole slate hipped roof with
brick stack over rear of front range, towards right.
Ground-floor plan altered to create 2 shops, probably there
was originally a central entrance with a large reception room
on either side. 2 storeys; 7-window front. C20 shopfronts with
pilasters and Doric entablature with triglyphs; above are
rusticated quoins and moulded sash boxes; C20 windows to the 5
first-floor openings and 7 late C19 or C20 four-pane horned
sashes to the second floor and an eaves entablature with
dentils and modillions. INTERIOR: ground floor altered C20,
otherwise not inspected.
