Small country house. Early C19. Stucco on masonry; roof hidden
by parapets except for scantle slate roof on small rear wing;
stuccoed axial stacks. Square plan. 2-storey symmetrical
5-window north-east entrance front and returns; 3-storey
overall 5-window range garden front adjoining left-hand
return. Shallow segmental arches with projecting keyblocks
over mostly original hornless sashes with glazing bars to 3
principal elevations, also plinths and moulded cornice to
parapet. Entrance front has central closed porch with square
Tuscan columns and moulded entablature; pair of 2-panel doors;
rectangular overlight; round-arched side windows. This front,
and its 2-window returns, has mid-floor string. South-east
garden front has symmetrical 3-window front on the left with
fixed light to 2nd floor left and right. INTERIOR not
inspected but said to be complete and unaltered.
