House. 1830s. Brick with ashlar dressings; slate roof with
brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window range. Top cornice and coped gables. Windows have
rubbed brick flat arches over 4-pane horned sashes.
Round-headed entrance has fanlight with decorative glazing
bars over 6-panel door. INTERIOR has stair with stick
balusters; one large moulded ashlar fireplace.
