Terrace of 15 houses. c1840. Stucco with limestone dressings, party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys and basement; 1-window range. A late formal terrace articulated by pilasters to a cornice and parapet. Steps up to raised areas above projecting basements, left-hand doorways with rectangular overlights and 6-panel doors, beneath full-width continuous tented verandah on wrought-iron stanchions and railings; 6/6-pane sashes with fine glazing bars, various basement windows including sashes and casements. The right end house is stepped back, with a left-hand window range, and an entrance in the right return.
INTERIOR not inspected. Part of a matching terrace with Nos. 13-27 Fremantle Road (qv).
