Houses, now offices. 1739 (on rainwater head). Brick; stucco
to basement; brick end stack and stack to rear. 2-unit plan.
3-storeys and basement; 6-window range: 9/6 sashes; storey
band; parapet with stone coping. Ground floor has steps to
pair of C19, 4-panelled doors with plain overlights under
moulded flat hood on brackets, and fluted pilasters. Steps
flanked by C19 cast-iron railings enclosing basement areas
with late C19 bays, with 1/1 sashes to ground floor. Double
doors under segmental brick arch, to right.
