GV II

House. Mid C19. Incised stucco with Ham Hill stone plinth,
cills, lintels and doorcase; slate roof with brick stacks to
gable ends. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
range. Stone lintels to C20 plate-glass sashes. The door with
6-panels, reeded to the edges, has a semi-circular overlight
of two panes, set in a round-arch doorcase with a chamfered
arris. INTERIOR not inspected.
