House. c1840. Coursed limestone rubble, with Ham Hill stone
dressings, slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys,
symmetrical 3-window range. Moulded eaves cornice; rusticated
quoins to right. All windows are in moulded architraves with
keystones; 4/8-pane sashes to the second-floor, round-arch
6/6-panes to the first-floor, and 8/8-panes to the
ground-floor. 6-panel door with overlight, set in a plain
elliptical-arch doorcase with reeded imposts. INTERIOR not
inspected.
