Stucco with slate roof having a box dormer. Right-hand end
stack. 2 storeys and attic. 2-storey canted bay with
round-arched sashes. Glazed door to ground floor. Parapet.
INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached stuccoed
garden wall with hexagonal gate piers having domed caps. Nos
1-3 (consec) Bath Place, with Runnymede House and The Baths
House in Runnacleave Road and Nos 2 & 3 Wilder Road form a
group.
