Town house. Mid C19. Stucco on rubble with mid-floor string;
rag slate roof with deep front eaves; cast-iron ogee gutter.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes; central 4-panel door plus overlight and
planked door at far left. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to
be of interest.
