Single-depth plan. Edwardian Baroque style.
Single-storey; 3-bay range. A symmetrical facade is

stone and rubbed brick below acanthus capitals. Wide, open
segmental arches with alternate stone and rubbed brick
voussoirs, flank a narrow doorway set in ashlar, beneath an
elaborate carved cartouche with rocaille, a cornice, and
oculus with brick and stone voussoirs, split key, and gabled
label. Full-width banded entablature, cornice and parapet,
with a large central segmental pediment with 5 moulded
voussoirs; ashlar dies over the pilasters with 4 good carved
ball finials.
