House. c1820. Brick with limestone dressings and a Bath stone
ashlar bay; roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian
style. 3 storeys and basement; one bay. Steps and ramped rail
up to a right-hand doorway with long, fluted consoles, a
broken pediment and a 6-panel door, 2-storey bow with 3
lights, casement windows and a small first-floor wrought-iron
balcony; second-storey coupled 6/6 pane sashes in a rendered,
blind round arch. Cornice and parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
An original and distinctive design.
