ST5772 AVON CRESCENT, Floating Harbour 901-1/41/1320 (East side) 18/02/72 Nos.1A AND 2A and attached front garden walls and piers (Formerly Listed as: AVON CRESCENT Nos.1, 1A, 2, 2A, 6, 7 AND 9-25 (Consecutive))

Terrace of 3 houses, now single restaurant. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, party wall stacks and pantile hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Former terrace articulated by pilaster strips through first-floor cornice to coped parapet. Outer houses have right-hand doorways with raised surrounds, the middle has a good C19 shop front with fluted jambs to the left-hand doorway and right-hand side, to facia. Left-hand plate-glass window, right-hand 8/8-pane sash, similar to upper windows, smaller on the second floor. INTERIOR: ground floor run together, few original details. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached front garden walls and capped piers.
