Best reached from Quarry House at the end of Highford Lane. Stands alone in
a partly stone walled enclosure. C18, former cottage with animal sheds below,
granary and living quarters on 1st floor and a now dismantled loft. Rubble
with quoins and chamfered buck dressings. Triangular stones in roof verges.
Asbestos roof, chimney dismantled. 1 blocked door to west and various blocked
openings. 1 door to north. 3 doors to east, 1 reached by steps to 1st floor.
