Cottage. Probable C17 front range with C18-C19 rear wing. Timber-framed front range,
on brick plint, rendered. Red brick rear range. Plain tile roofs, brick stack.
T-shaped plan. Front range: single storey and attic, 3-bay central lobby-entry plan.
C20 door and casement windows. Steeply pitched swept roof with bargeboards. Central
stack. Rear range: 2 storeys. C20 door and casement windows. Interior: front range,
ground sill and wall studding exposed. Chamfered spine beam and bressumer to fireplace
