Farmhouse, probably later C18, now house. Coursed sandstone with quoins,
stone slate roof, gable copings with kneelers, gable chimney. Double pile
2-bay plan (modern extension to left end in compatible materials and
style). Two storeys. Doorway offset to left has segmental canopy on
moulded brackets; above this is a datestone with round-headed panel now
lettered (conjecturally) 17; formerly flush mullioned windows on both

floors now mostly modern casements: one of 3 lights to left, two of 2 lights
to the right, and two of 3 lights at flat floor. Similar windows in end and
rear walls.
