Circa 1830-40 corner block. 3 storeys stucco with curved inset corner. Plat band,
projecting eaves cornice. 3 windows to Sheet Street, 4 to return. Glazing bar sashes
in architrave surrounds. Bar windows and corner entrance flanked by Ionic pilasters
with crisply moulded volutes.
