Small house in row. c1840s. Rendered stone to ground floor,
slatehanging on studwork above; grouted scantle slate roof
with brick end stack on left. Double-depth plan with one room
at the front, entrance hall on the right and through-passage
at far right. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Timber lintels over
two C20 doors to right. Original 12-pane hornless sashes.
