House, now offices and flats. Late C18 to C17 core. Ashlar;
brick; C20 tile roof; brick end stack to left.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, attic and cellar; 3-window range: 6/6
sashes under gauged brick flat arches; stone sills with ornate
cast-iron guards; 3/3 sashes under gauged brick flat arches;
moulded modillioned wood eaves-cornice; late C19 early C20
roof dormer with twin casements. 6-panel door with coloured
glass overlight recessed in plain case, with moulded
architrave with keystone, and open pediment hood on consoles.
INTERIOR: C19 open well staircase with stick balusters; dogleg
stair to 2nd floor and attic. Attic; exposed probably C17
trusses and purlins. 2nd floor: 2-panel doors; 4-panel doors.
1st floor: C19 fireplace; picture rail; 4-panel doors;
shaft-moulded arches and alcove; architraves; polychrome
tiles; C19 wall cupboard; skirting. Ground floor: part-glazed
6-panel door, with screen and overlight; 6-panel doors;
shutters; chamfered ceiling beam; C18, 2-panel door to
cupboard; architraves; picture rails; polychrome tile floor.
Cellar: lined with dressed stone and some ashlar; chamfered
ceiling beam.
