Small town house, at end of row. c1824 (lease). Dressed
coursed local stone front, original grouted scantle slate roof
with hip on the right and brick end stack on the left.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range to front.
Round-arched doorway with 6-panel door and plain fanlight, on
the right. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars under
shallow cambered arches with key blocks. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
