Town house. Mid C19. Incised render replacing stucco on rubble
with rusticated quoins; dry Delabole slate roof behind parapet
with moulded cornice, rendered stack with moulded cornice on
left. Deep plan. 2 storeys; 1-window range. Mid/late C19 or
C20 copy 4-pane oriel sashes with moulded cornices. C20 shop
front; within possibly late C19 panelled end pilasters and
fascia with moulded entablature; doorway on its right with C20
glazed door. INTERIOR of shop altered C20.
