1843. Brick; 2 storeys and basement; 4 sash windows with keyblocks and channelled
lintels; wood pilaster doorcase with plain rectangular fanlight and 4-Panelled half-
glazed door; hipped tile roof. Walled perron in front with steps leading down to
right and left.
