Bridge over Hay inclined plane

Circa mid C19 brick road bridge over Hay inclined plane. Single segmental arch and parapet with sandstone coping.

Hay inclined plane was built by William Reynolds in 1793 and connected the Shropshire Canal with the Coalport Canal alongside the River Severn.
