House. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Stone base and top cornice. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. Central round-headed entrance has Doric doorcase, complete fan, and 6-panel door. Left hand return side to Thomas Lane has a doorway, and 2 sashes on each floor (one now blocked), and outshut at the rear with a sliding sash and a catslide roof.
