Terrace of 13 houses and public house, forming mews to those
on Upper Parliament St. c.1840. Brick with stone dressings,
slate roof. 2 storeys with basement, 2 bays to each house.
Basement lintel band, 1st floor sill band and top frieze,
cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge lintel and
most have small-paned casements. Entrances have- angle
pilasters, friezes and cornices, mostly C 20 12-panel doors;
windows above are blind. No.32 has sashes with glazing bars;
No.10 has 6-panel door. Nos 2, 4, 6 are Peter Kavanagh's
Public House. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Stucco. End bay has 2-
storey canted bay with timbered gable over; ground floor has
late C19 tile detail with cornice and Ionic capitals. Return
has 2 canted slightly recessed oriels and 2 oriels above.
Windows have casements with stained glass.
