Public road bridge over Lancaster Canal. 1797; engineer John
Rennie. Large rock-faced sandstone blocks. Elliptical arch
with rusticated rock-faced voussoirs and keystone,
hammer-dressed band, angle-humped parapets with rounded
coping, those at the south end with a curved splay,
rectangular terminals; oval number plate (16) on north-east
side.
