Two cottages. Mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble with Ham Hill
stone to the lower courses, plain tile roof to the front; the
rear of No.8, to the right, has stone slates to the lower
courses; stepped stone coping with moulded kneelers; brick
stacks to gable ends and central party wall. Double-depth
plan. 2 storeys; each is symmetrical 2-window range. All
windows are 3-light casements each of three panes, under flat
gauged stone arches. C19 doors each with 2 lights of 3 panes
to the top. Windows to the rear are 2 and 3-light casements
under wooden lintels. INTERIOR not inspected.
