Two houses, possibly originally one house. Early/mid C19.
Coursed limestone rubble with Ham Hill stone lintels, central
doorcase, plinth and stepped stone coping. Plain tile roof
with brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
almost symmetrical 2-window range. 3 steps up to a slightly
left-of-centre, set-back, late C19, four-panel door with a
reeded wooden lintel under a plain semi-circular overlight.
The plain doorcase is stepped inward, with reeded imposts.
This is flanked on all floors by 8/8-pane sashes; stone
lintels to lower floors, those to the second-floor just
breaking through the eaves-line, with wooden lintels above the
gutter. To the far right is a 4-panel door, glazed to the top,
with overlight, in a concrete surround. Below the ground-floor
window to the left, is a cast-iron grille to a basement.
INTERIOR not inspected.
