Suburban house. Mid C19. Stucco front, on granite plinth, with
incised end pilasters with key pattern and anthemion; asbestos
slate roof with projecting eaves, hipped on the left; brick
end stacks; cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 12-pane hornless
sashes; central round-arched doorway with traceried fanlight
over original 9-panel door with flush-beaded panels. INTERIOR
not inspected but likely to be of interest.
