House. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof, three storeys and three bays. Windows have wedge lintels, those to first floor are sashed with glazing bars, the rest have casements. Central entrance has flat pilasters, panelled frieze and cornice. Inserted entrance to right with inserted window above on second floor. One-bay return to Pilgrim Street.
