House. c.1815-20. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof.
2 storeys with basement, 3 bays. 1st floor sill band; top
cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge lintels and
are sashed, no glazing bars. Round-headed entrance has
doorcase with triple columns. Plain iron railings to area
and steps.
