Shop with accommodation over. Probably early C19; late C19
shop front.Stuccoed and blocked out; Roman tile roof, gabled
at ends; brick stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan.
Exterior: 3 storeys. Deep eaves with eaves brackets. Late C19
shopfront with plain pilasters and fascia and a shallow
cornice. Doors to left and right, the right hand door glazed
above a low panel, 2-pane overlight. The matching left hand
doorway has been converted to an additional shop window in the
C20. C19 shop window with a high transom with 4 panes above
the transom. The first and second floor each have 2 16-pane
sashes, the second floor sashes replacements with horns.
Entrance to flat formerly to left of shop front, now to rear.
Interior: Ground floor altered for shop; features of interest
may survive on the other floors.
