House. c1740. Painted render with pantile roof and tall brick
stack to centre of ridge. 2-unit plan with door slightly to
left of centre. 2 storeys with small C20 two-light casements
under the eaves. c1930 door in plain architrave is flanked by
3-light windows to be found elsewhere in Ilminster, namely,
1/1 sashes to the centre flanked by fixed lights with 2 panes.
The central upper panes have vents inserted to the top, and
the sill of the left-hand window is lower. INTERIOR: has been
divided to form a ground-floor flat. This has a lateral beam
with stop-chamfer and a cupboard inserted into the rear wall
to the left, raised-and-fielded panelling with a round
shouldered-arch to the top. Roof not seen.
