House. Mid C19. Rendered, solid front; side walls slate hung.
Tarred, slated mansard roof with tall gable parapets having
shaped red brick copings, the parapets finished with large,
corbelled blocks at the front. Short, red brick chimney on
each gable. Single-fronted, double-depth plan with small
rectangular projection to rear of left side. 3 lofty storeys
with garret. 2-window front. Rusticated ground storey finished
with moulded raised band at sill level in second storey. Upper
storeys have rusticated quoins; moulded, raised band between
the storeys. Moulded, square-headed doorway to left of ground
storey; 6- panelled door with plain fanlight over. Windows in
all 3 storeys have moulded architraves standing on shaped
sills, those in the second and third storeys supported by an
enriched bracket at each end. Bracketed wooden eaves-cornice.
2 flat-topped dormer windows. All windows contain 2-paned
sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
