Three houses. c1840. Ham Hill stone ashlar, slate roof, tarred
to the right, stepped stone coping to the right, brick stacks
to gable ends and party wall at centre. Double-depth plan.
Right-hand house, No.22A (No.22B is to the rear), is 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window range; steps up to a late C19
six-panel door with bolection moulding, an overlight with 2
hexagonal panes, and all windows are 6/6-pane sashes. Nos 24
and 26 are 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range with paired
C20 doors to the centre, and 6/6-pane horned sashes.
INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: early C19 spearhead railings to the
forecourt of The Laurels (No.22A) and No.26.
