House, formerly a farmhouse. Early to mid C19. Red brick in
Flemish bond and black brick quoining; Welsh slate roof. End
stacks. Double-depth, central-entry and stair plan, with rear
outshut. 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 3-window range; cogged
brick eaves cornice. 16-pane hornless sashes throughout with
rendered lintels and sills. Doorway surround with moulded
canopy and console brackets; door with fielded over plain
panels and rectangular overlight. Left return (to Frolesworth
Road) with two 3-light windows under segment arches and a very
small deeply recessed window lighting outshut.
