Pair of cottages. C18. 2 builds. The right hand cottage,
Briarley, is of stone rubble with brick dressings. Thatched
roof with brick chimney-stack. 2 storeys 2 casement windows.
Slate and brick gabled weather-porch. The left hand cottage,
Shelley, is of lower elevation. Front is of red brick in
stretcherbond, the left side is of coursed clunch. Half-hipped
thatched roof with brick chimneystack. 1 1/2 storeys 2
windows. Front has 1 eyebrow dormer and 2 C19 sashes with
vertical glazing bars only.
