1354-0/2/130 Fleetlands Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. C18 or earlier, altered in C19. Built of coursed
stone rubble with ashlar quoins and yellow brick dressings.
Slate roof with end brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys and attics
in gable ends, 3 windows. Casement windows, 2 of them triple.
Ground floor windows have cambered head linings and C19 brick
arched gabled porch. Right side C19 brick lean-to. L wing in
matching materials. Rear elevation has 1 casement with red
brick dressings, 1 C19 triple casement and attached stone
outbuildings. Interior inspection refused but 3 or 4 inch
spine beam reported.
