House. Early C17 partially timberframed building altered in
C18 and extended in early C19. Front elevation of original
building is of stone rubble on the ground floor, rendered
above with brick dressings, the right end wall has a base of
stone rubble and is red brick above in Sussex bond and the
rear elevation has a stone rubble ground floor with box
framing above with diagonal tension bracing and red brick
infill and pantiled roof with red brick chimneystacks,
half-hipped to one end. Original part is of 2 storeys 4
windows with C20 casements. Attached to the left is an early
C19 stone rubble addition with pantiled roof. Left side and
rear elevations have a Gothic window. Interior of original
part has a straight staircase with splat baluster.
