Two houses. Dated 1864, North Court estate style. Built of Isle of Wight stone rubble. Tiled roof with two brick chimneystacks. Gable ends with kneelers. Two triple windows, two double mullions and two single mullions all with relieving arches. Two obtusely pointed stone arched doorcases. Deep plinth.
