Town house. c1840. Stuccoed and rendered front with channelled
rustication to ground floor; asbestos slate roof with brick
stack on the right; cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys; nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Segmental arches
to upper floors; original 12-pane hornless sashes except to
ground floor left where replaced with doorway. Central
pilastered doorway with plain fascia and moulded cornice;
original 4-panel door and overlight. INTERIOR not inspected
except to note that entrance hall has moulded plaster ceiling
cornice, stair hall has open-well staircase with open-string
stick balusters and ramped mahogany handrail scrolled over
newel and there are panelled window shutters to right-hand
room.
