Semi-detached houses. Mid-C19. Yellow brick set in Flemish
bond, stucco, roofs of artificial (no 66) and Welsh (no 68)
slate. Two storeys over basement, two windows each. Steps up
to segmental-arched entrance in recessed outer bay under lower
roof; entrance with stucco surround of pilasters, keystone to
simply moulded archivolt, and modillion cornice carrying
cartouche flanked by scrolled consoles; the doorcase has
cornice, overlight and panelled door of original design;
ground-floor window flat-arched and tripartite with panelled
pilasters and four consoles to egg-and-dart cornice and
segmental pediment; small scrolled brackets to architrave and
pediment. First-floor window to inner bay flat-arched with
similar pilasters, cornice on consoles and segmental pediment;
outer window has plain stucco architrave with open segmental
pediment on consoles; brackets to boxed eaves at centre point
between houses; segmental-arched dormers in roof to no 66,
gabled to no 68; stack to party wall.
