2 shops with offices above. 1860s. Calciferous sandstone
ashlar with bracketed sill band and eaves cornice. Slate roof,
partly mansard with C20 dormer windows. 3 storeys, 6 bays.
Off-centre C20 door and fanlight in original moulded
round-arched surround under carved name panel DEVONSHIRE
CHAMBERS. Flanking C20 shop windows within original stone
surrounds. First floor paired round-arched sash windows, those
over shop windows with central colonnette with leaf capitals.
Sash windows above in stone architraves. INTERIOR: ground
floor altered.
