BRIXHAM

SX9255 DREW STREET, Higher Brixham
1946-1/7/98 (North West side)
10/01/75 No.91
(Formerly Listed as:
DREW STREET, Higher Brixham
(North West side)
Nos.87, 89 AND 91)

GV II

House. Mid C19; probably a remodelling of an earlier
structure. Solid rendered walls. Slated roof. Rendered chimney
on left end wall. 2 storeys. 3 windows wide. Centre 5-panelled
door with lion-head knocker. 2-paned sashes. Boxed
eaves-cornice. The sill of the left ground-storey window is at
pavement level, suggesting the road level has risen
significantly and that the house may be earlier than it now
appears.
