House. Late C18. Stucco with brick end stacks and a pantile
half-hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. Parapet, a left-hand 6-panel door and a trellis porch;
wide ground-floor 6/6-pane sash, 2 narrower first-floor sashes
and 2 dormers. INTERIOR not inspected.
