Late C18/early C19 red brick front to earlier timber frame building. Tiled roof
with gabled ends, timber framing exposed in gable end. Stone cornice and blocking
course. Three storeys. Four bays. First and second floors arcaded with segmental
arches and brick pilasters with plain stone impost. Sashes with glazing bars and
voussoired lintels. Ground floor 3 modern shop fronts. Some timber framing
exposed at rear but mostly covered by later wings.
