House, now office. c1820. Brick with stucco dressings; slate
roof with brick stack. Central staircase plan. Georgian style.
3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Plaster plinth and top
cornice and blocking course. Entrance has doorcase with
pilasters, frieze and pediment, 5-panel door and iron
handrails to steps; right end entry has wedge lintel with key
and panelled door. Windows have sills, and panelled wedge
lintels with keys over 4-pane sashes, narrower above entrance,
square to 2nd floor. Rear has gabled wing with big cross-axial
stack, and smaller hipped wing with oriel.
INTERIOR: stick-baluster dogleg staircase; room to left has
Adam-style fireplace.
