House. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays. Basement lintel band; 1st
floor and sill band; top frieze, cornice and blocking
course. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, those to
1st and 2nd floors have glazing bars. One blind window to
2nd floor. Entrance has Ionic aedicule (no pediment) and 6-
panel door. Plain iron area railings and 1st floor iron
balcony.
